RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION
The management of COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. undertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer via online reservation in full quantity and quality, in accordance with the information provided by the customer through the reservation form regarding: customer name, dates, number of nights, number of adults and children, and price per night.
All customer requests entered in the ‘”Comments’” field of the reservation form will be accommodated whenever possible.
Only individuals who have not reached the specified age by the date of arrival are accepted in reservations for children.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices on the website of COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. are listed in euros and include VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount due by the customer is calculated automatically based on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price rate for the relevant period.
When making online reservations, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking via debit/credit card or, at the latest, within the timeframe specified after booking via bank transfer.
COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website based on demand and availability. For reservations that have already been made, confirmed, and paid for, the amount due remains unchanged, regardless of any new price offers presented.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
In the event of cancellation, non-use, or modification of a pre-paid online reservation by the customer, COMPANY ALEKS – RSP Ltd. will refund the amount paid upon request, subject to the applicable cancellation fee:
Reservation changes without a cancellation fee may be made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations without a penalty may be made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date.
In the event of a change or cancellation after this deadline, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit is due.
Upon refund of the paid amount, all transfer costs (bank fees and others) are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are processed within 30 days, depending on the payment method; amounts are refunded solely to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
Payment can be made in 3 different ways:
Online via debit or credit card
We accept payments via Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro. When you select this payment method, a payment page from our processing bank (DSK) will open, where you can enter your card details. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page from your issuing bank will open, where you will enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will appear on the screen, which you can print or save.
Your card details are used only by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.
To protect you from fraud when paying with your Visa or MasterCard, we follow the best practices recommended by international card organizations:
Security during the entry and transmission of card data is ensured through the use of the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.
The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).
In addition, to verify your identity as a cardholder, our bank’s e-commerce payment server supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations—Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode—if you are registered to use them.
At the time of online booking, the amounts listed will be automatically charged to your card upon completion of the payment process.
For security reasons, the maximum amount that can be charged to your card is 1,530 euros.
By bank transfer
Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline indicated after booking (3 days). Once payment has been made, we recommend sending a copy of the payment receipt to reservations@hotelelit-bg.com, making sure to include the reservation number in the payment reference.

For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, we recommend selecting cash payment at the front desk to speed up the reservation process.
PLEASE NOTE!
If the online reservation is not paid within the specified time frame and a copy of the payment confirmation is not received when paying by bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.
If you encounter issues paying for an online reservation that has already been made, please notify us via email at: reservations@hotelelit-bg.com. In the event of non-compliance with this condition, COMPANY ALEKS – RSP Ltd. reserves the right to seek liability and penalties for reservations made and not paid.
REFUNDS
If a customer cancels their reservation under the terms specified above, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.
Refunds for payments made by credit card or bank transfer can only be issued to the credit card or bank account used for the payment. All bank fees associated with this transaction are the responsibility of the customer.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. undertakes to provide the customer with the full scope of the services ordered and paid for by the customer.
COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of the services ordered by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
Amounts for services ordered but not used in whole or in part due to the customer’s fault are non-refundable.
The customer assumes responsibility for adhering to generally accepted standards of good conduct during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
COMPANY ALEX – RSP Ltd. reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read these general terms and conditions and agree to them. Reservations made by phone, email, or through our website are considered to constitute a contractual relationship. Payment made is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.
For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website https://hotelelit-bg.com/, the mandatory legal provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
